We ship products to addresses within India. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. AVIHA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

For orders in West Bengal, you may receive your products through our authorized distributor, Mr Soman Mondal (Ph: 7980721007).

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy includes:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened products
• Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the return
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
